Hello people! Yess I'm back!! ^-^ On my own laptop! Whee~

Thanks to those who asked about the well-being of my laptop or attempted to offer help these past few days. Special thanks to Dan, Zx and CW though.

Thanks Dan for the ingenious recovery of my documents, pictures and music files!

Thanks Zx for offering all sorts of help despite our really minimal IT knowledge!

And thanks Cw who very kindly searched and read up ways to save my files and computer!

Oh yea, and thanks ML who has been entertaining me through smses during the period of internet deprivation!

But simply no thanks to the (no)helpdesk guy who told me in all certainty that there was no way of recovering my files after i waited over 1 hour for him to pick up the stupid phone -_-"' Thank God i didn't listen to him though i admit i was losing hope with each passing day. Hmmm.

Anyway, while i wait for my supper to digest before i turn in, i shall upload a fraction of the pictures taken on my convocation.

I initially didn't intend to upload any of the pictures here. Haha but Twinnie insisted that i should devote a post to such an important day in my life.. And with the recent laptop scare...well, here i am with pictures of the convocation aka commencement. Here goes! Pictures that marked the end of my treacherous yet enjoyable university journey...which also means the start of another journey which direction i've not quite found..

Decked in what GH termed as our HarryPotter gowns, we trudged through the mud to take the above shots. Hahaha yess.. I wish i studied at Hogwarts. That would mean 7 years of magical education with cool uniforms. ROFL. People might probably throw their motar boards at me for terming the graduation gowns as 'cool' because we were feeling nowhere near cool that day. We were melting in those garb, yet flashing those smiles for the flashing cameras. It was one of those days that i actually felt tired after a whole day of smiling and laughing... :)
