Guess where i went on Saturday?! KITTYLAB!! Hahahaha! Though i normally relish weekends because i can sleep in, i woke up at 730am to prepare to go to Expo for the exhibition that i was so excited to attend! Wen and i even had our tickets booked in advance. ROFL! Thank goodness for her because she was the one who told me about it! Whee~!

I must make something clear though..I did NOT, and i repeat, DID NOT, drag her along with me. She was pretty curious to see what was inside so she didn't reject the idea of going with me. Muahahaha!

I had a lot of fun and so did she! We were not allowed to take photos and videos but as you can see below, we pretty much broke whatever rule that we could. There was this woman who came to us and said, "This is the last photo" and i was like, "okok" But once we turned the corner, we whipped out our cameras again. ROFL! I wasn't supposed to touch those figurines as well but how can you expect me to take picture with those cutesies without touching them?! SO...well...err...yea..basically i ignored every rule they had.

I don't know why i can't rotate this stupid picture...-_-"' I tried SIX times.

Actually she warned me not to post any picture of her because she is absolutely embarrassed by the fact that she actually went to Kittylab. ROFL. But i can't help not posting...(I'll try to keep her pictures minimal because i still value my life..hahaha..)

There were some really nice personnel who allowed me to take pictures at certain game stations. Hahaha yesss..i actually asked for permission. NONE of them rejected my request ;) Wen was utterly embarrassed. Heh :P I even asked some of them to help us take pictures!

Most of the time, people only realise that they have been wasting so much of their precious time on seemingly important things which do not appear to be important anymore in the face of death.

I think 2012 is a great movie. It is currently my favourite movie!! Sacrificed my precious sleep last night to go and watch it, resulting in me having to drag my body out of bed with much difficulty this morning. But it's all worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed the show from beginning to the end :)

Those who are hesitating whether to watch, watch it!

Those who only have time to watch just one movie, watch it!

Those who don't have time to watch, find time!

And those who really, really, really can't find time to watch it..well too bad..You're missing out on a great show.

I lost count of the number of times i sneezed over the past few days. RAHS. Haha almost turned in to an icicle yesterday afternoon. It was pouring outside and the air-con was blasting directly above my head. Wanted to seek warmth from the beloved hand-dryer but lo and behold! I realised to my HORROR that the hand dryer didn't blow out hot air!! So i trudged back (disappointedly) to my desk with my hands stuffed in the pockets of my hoodie.

My fingers were so frozen i couldn't even type. Even my breath seemed cold on my fingers -_-"' Couldn't someone just rub some warmth into my fingers that seem to be so stiff from cold?! And then i had a brainwave! I filled my HelloKitty bottle with water of 100 Degree Celsius. I was pretty worried my bottle will melt actually hahaha..but the material of the bottle was supposed to withstand up to 120 Degree Celsius, so the manual claimed. But worry not, it didn't melt. My good ol' trusty bottle :)

But soon the aftereffects of lunch started to set in. I sat in front of my laptop and my eyelids were starting to feel heavier and heavier....zzz...and Ber popped his head in and asked "Are you falling asleep?! If you are, you might want to face inwards so people walking past can't see..." Okayy...so i was caught. But he's from the other department so I didn't have to worry about him telling on me. I took his advice and faced inwards, stuffed my earphones in and started to REALLY doze off. Well done, Grace. Well done.

Because CY would be meeting me only after 2 hours, I rushed home and took a nap. Yesss..i was THAT tired. Goodness knows why -_-"' Movie tickets were sold out so we pretty much didn't do anything except to eat and sit and talk. Even shopping was out of the question because all the shops were already closed. Singapore's much acclaimed "happening Night Life" seems to be only limited to Clubs. Pity people like us who have no social life and no where to hang out and still refuse to go home. Even Starbucks was closed -_-"' Had to settle for 24hrs McCafe's iced Latte that was overly sweet for the taste buds.

Whoever said coffee helps to keep one awake?! Despite drinking Latte at such a late hour, I was knocked out the moment i reached home.

Such is the life of a non clubbing OL.

Dear Luigi,

Another year has passed and it's 5th of November again. Here I am, once again, penning my birthday message to you :) First of all..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LUIGI~!

I miss the times we use to hang out so much more often. I miss the times when we were busy together. I miss the times when you will play tic-tac-toe with me when i was feeling stressed. I miss the times when you ask me to just cry it out when i'm feeling down. I miss the times when you sit next to me and suddenly turn to me and give me a cheeky smile. I miss the times when we laughed so hard that we had to gasp for air.

Last week's meet up was far too short.

You're one of the most generous persons i know..willingly giving up your time and money to help family, friends and even strangers. I admire your patience. Though you are unhappy with many things, you manage to deal with your emotions within you and try to keep a positive mind.

While sometimes the truth you tell me stings, i'm glad you tell me straight out rather than telling me what i want to hear. It helps me to see things from a different, and often more rational, perspective.

To think of it, it has always been you standing there for me and not the other way round. Well, i hope to be there for you anytime, anywhere too.
