-Tegami-

Received a very touching letter in the mail for me today. At the end of the letter, i realised it was dated 07/07/2009 - the day of my convocation.

It appears that i was supposed to read it on the 7th but as there were no prior instructions to open it on the 7th, i read it today. But i'm glad i did :)

With technology, emails and SMSes are sent rather than handwritten letters. How long has it been since i received a handwritten letter in the mail?? Since secondary school days?

Emails and SMSes lack the human touch..it makes the handwritten letter even more precious these days. Not to mention the extremely touching message in it. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm so thankful to be blessed with such a dear friend who remembers me and accepts me in spite of everything :) A friend who went through ups and downs with me and all the generosity showered upon me. No trace of selfishness could be detected..the honesty...the help offered...the kind words...all the effort in maintaining the friendship...i'm really lucky.

I am honestly thankful for friends who are brutally honest with me. It saves me alot of trouble second guessing what i'm doing is right or if what they are saying to me is actually what they truly mean.

Thank you very much and I mean it from the bottom of my heart <3 No doubt you won't be physically here with me on the 7th, i know you really want to come and i'm really touched by it. Much Loveee! :)
