Fear of the unknown path ahead fills you. You do not know where this bus brings you. This bus came along and you unwittingly boarded it. You are glad it is moving. At least you are not at the same bus stop, waiting for that particular bus which seemingly have changed routes.
You have left the bus stop and it's a good thing. Whether this is a loop service that might bring you back to the same stop, you do not know yet. You just hopped on.
However, fear grips you as the bus picks up speed. It's moving too fast to your liking. Apprehension feels you. What happens if the bus meets with a collision? There's bound to be injuries.
You press the bell. The bus slows down but on second thoughts, you decide not to alight. The bus driver seems annoyed but moves on really slowly.
Maybe you should really consider alighting at the next possible stop. The bus ride is far from comfortable.
